Focus on mobilizing existing institutional network in the country at central and district level.
Conduct information and awareness campaign to raise interest and awareness and induce willingness to pay for the installation of ICS.
Focus on preparation of various IEC materials necessary for creating awareness and training for local organizations including NGOs, GOs, and Donor organizations to adopt National Subsidy-less ICS Dissemination Programme.
Establish the specialized technical service providers that work as mobile technical unit to organize training follow up and monitor the local organization and promoters after the training.
Develop and consolidate the institutional and human resource capacity within the rural communities through training and other activities. In order to achieve this goal, capacity must be built in partner organizations both at national and district level.
Ensuring participation of district based local GOs/NGOs/CBOs in decision-making, monitoring and implementation of ICS Programme at their respective areas.
Organizing regional level Local Partners Organization’s (involved in ICS implementation) gathering to get feed back on Programme implantation modality.
Organizing district level and regional level promoters gathering to hear voices of promoters involve in ICS promotion.
Disseminate a range of different, affordable and culturally acceptable ICS to communities.
